Reduhair B.V., with its registered office in ’s-Hertogenbosch and registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 63531607 (hereinafter: Reduhair), respects the privacy of every customer and/or visitor of its websites and takes care of the personal information provided by the customer/visitor. Reduhair uses the customer/user’s data to ensure that its services run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Should Reduhair wish to use customer/user data for other purposes, Reduhair is obliged to obtain the customer/user’s consent. Reduhair will not sell personal data to third parties and will only make it available to third parties involved in the execution of a service and/or order.
Reduhair has data about you because you provided that data to us.
The bases are: execution of the agreement and legitimate interest; the purposes are management of treatments, execution of the service, complaint handling, billing, CRM and marketing, and website analytics. Interested parties: commercial.

Reduhair uses the data of its customers/users (hereinafter: consumer) in the following manner:
If a consumer purchases a service or visits the website, Reduhair needs the consumer’s name, address, email address, date of birth, phone number, medical history and payment details to carry out the service and to keep the consumer informed about its progress.
In order to make treatments at Reduhair as careful and pleasant as possible, Reduhair, with the consent of the consumer, stores personal data and the data related to its services.
Reduhair uses the consumer’s email address and phone number to inform them about existing agreements and to keep them informed of special offers and promotions. When the consumer no longer values this, they can unsubscribe.
When a consumer purchases a service from Reduhair, Reduhair – if necessary – stores the consumer’s data on a Secure Server (secure computer).
Feedback that Reduhair receives from consumers helps Reduhair to further develop and improve its services.
If a consumer decides to write a review, they can choose whether to have their name and/or other personal details displayed. Reduhair reserves the right to moderate contributions that do not comply with our terms and conditions.
Reduhair does not sell data.
Reduhair does not sell personal data to third parties. Reduhair only shares address data with parties that are engaged to perform its services. Employees of Reduhair and third parties engaged are required to respect the confidentiality of all data.
Access: If you want to see all the personal data held by Reduhair about you, you can make a request for access. You can request that Reduhair modify, improve, supplement, delete, or block your data.
